The Paint Store is the fifteenth and final episode of Season 2 as mentioned by Thomas.

Plot
People have been complaining that there is no paint so Hatt gives yet another project. He tells the engines to do a good job. There is logs,cement,nails, and workmen to be picked up. All the engines make sure they are really useful. Later, Saturn is sent to pick up the paint from the docks. Norman is shunting it Saturn tells him to stop but he keeps on going and crashes into her. She angerily takes him to the DieselWorks. Were Percy takes her away to be cleaned and Norman has learned a lesson.
