The first season of The Adventures on Sodor started premiering on December 2nd, 2016, it concluded on September 26th, 2017.

Episodes

  1. Geoffrey's Real - A new engine named Geoffrey arrives on Sodor, but many engines confuse him with an engine Thomas had made-up in the past.
  2. Percy's Oil Spill - Percy isn't having a good day due to the fact that he has to do the dirty work, but when he takes oil to the depot, trouble arises after there has been a storm on Sodor.
  3. Tankers of Doom - Salty tells Thomas a story about tankers which moved on their own called the "Tankers of Doom" which frightens the other engines, especially Henry.
  4. Old and Wise - Skarloey is trying to prove how useful he can be on the Thin Controller's railway, but he has trouble getting over a hill when he has to take workmen to a damaged tunnel.
  5. Edward Tries His Best - Edward is told to take a train to Vicarstown, but his valve gear breaks on the way, what will Edward do?
  6. Henry the Warrior - Henry is scared of the dark and heights, but Duck tells him to turn from Worrier to Warrior.
  7. Dashing Duncan - Duncan keeps dashing about his work and keeps having accidents which causes confusion and delay.
  8. The Great Western Way - Duck convinces the big engines to do things "The Great Western Way".
  9. Harvey's Goods Train - Harvey pulls his second goods train when Arthur can't make it himself.
  10. Sir Handel and the Coal Mines - Sir Handel gets lost in the coal mines when he has been sent to take coal to the mines.
  11. Scottish Engines - Donald, Douglas and Duncan help Lord Callan set up a party at Castle Loch. But they end up getting stuck behind some fallen trees overnight.
  12. Skarloey Comes Home - Skarloey is returning from his overhaul and the other engines want to make him feel welcome for his return, apart from two engines, Sir Handel and Duncan.
  13. Salty's Secret Story - Thomas and Percy want Salty to tell them a story and as Salty can't think of a story to tell, he pretends that he has a secret story to tell, but this just causes curiosity out of the two engines.
  14. Oliver and the Snowman - Oliver is getting annoyed of the snow and he once again crashes into a children's snowman, but this accident is more worst than the previous accident with a snowman.
  15. Spencer the Show-Off - Spencer shows off his speed to Stephen, but ends up losing a race with him when they are going to the summer house.
  16. Special Brakes - Peter Sam has been fitted with some special brakes, but they soon cause him to crash.
  17. Big Strong Murdoch - Philip finds out that Murdoch is a very strong engine, and he tries to be like him, but Murdoch thinks Philip is too loud and overwhelming which causes him to take a dislike to the energetic diesel boxcab.
  18. Rheneas' Risky Ride - Rheneas is told to deliver some inspectors and show them around the Skarloey Railway, but starts to become a runaway on the Rocky Ridge line.
  19. The Lost Breakdown Train - Ryan brings Judy and Jerome to help put Daisy back on the track, so Ryan shunts her to the Dieselworks leaving Judy and Jerome, but Donald and Douglas take them to clear up another accident which causes them to get lost at the smelter's yard.
  20. Bill and Ben - Bill and Ben are causing mischief, but after an accident occurs at the clay pits, the Fat Controller decides to separate them for the day, but they begin to miss each other badly.
  21. Scruff the Scrapper - Diesel says to Scruff that due to him being dirty, he is better off working at the smelter's yard then the waste dump.
  22. Bert's Milk Train - After Mike is punished from taking the milk train to the dairy at Arlesdale Green, Bert is given the job instead, but soon trouble arises when Willie's tractor has a flat tyre.
  23. Fergus and the Small Engines - Fergus is sent to work on the Little Western and he meets the miniature engines.
  24. Gordon, Spencer and the Flying Scotsman - Gordon, Spencer and the Flying Scotsman argue about who is the fastest engine, so to settle this, they decide to have a race which causes trouble for them.
  25. Rusty Rescue - Rusty has an accident at Skarloey Bridge, and Duncan is sent to rescue him.
  26. Tinsel on the Tracks - Thomas is sent to deliver Christmas decorations from the Mainland, but he gets into trouble on the way.
