Trivia
- This short was first announced on 1 July 2022 alongside the official title for the previous short.
- The Writer has hinted that this could potentially work as a series finale. He has also mentioned that the title was derived from the cancelled episode of TUGS, aptly titled Harbour Life.
- Originally, this was going to be the twentieth short in chronological order however, on 1 August 2022, the Writer announced a short for 2024 which meant that this short was pushed back by one number. The twentieth short was eventually announced as Thomas and the Best-kept Station Competition.
- On 1 February 2024, the Writer announced the official release date as 8 June 2025.
