Bio
Neil was built at the Neilson and Company Works in Glasgow, Scotland in 1856 and arrived on Sodor later that year. When he arrived, he worked for the Sodor and Mainland Railway with two other engines of his class.
He later helped Skarloey off a barge at the Kirk Ronan harbor and took him to his new home at Crovan's Gate.
Very little was known about Neil and what happened to him and his brothers, but there's speculation that they are still around and working on Sodor to this day.
