Jenny Packard, or more commonly known as Miss Jenny, is a woman who is the owner of the Sodor Construction Company. She also takes responsibility for a number of building projects that happen around the Island of Sodor.
Persona
Miss Jenny is usually a kind and friendly lady, but as the owner of the construction crew, she can be stern and assertive as well. She takes great pride in her job and stands no nonsense when someone on her team causes trouble, particularly from Max and Monty, and will not hesitate to punish them for their actions.
Whenever someone does something she deems useful and pleases her, she compliments them with her catchphrase, "Spot on! You'd make a mother proud!"

Usually, Miss Jenny is seen wearing a turquoise buttoned-down shirt with blue jeans, a brown belt, a blue hard hat, and wheat boots.
