Even More Promises for Percy
Edward has been late for over the past few weeks, and Gordon and James are complaining. At the sheds that night they tell him that he is too old to keep working. He should be preserved before it's too late. This makes Edward very unhappy. A vistor arrives, Edward has to meet him. He sees a fimiliar shape and thinks it's Mallard, but it turns out to be Spencer. Later Spencer is cross with Edward, he tells him that Gordon told him that he has been late. Spencer threatens to tell The Fat Controller if he does it again. Edward however doesn't get worried as he has a plan, a plan to pay Gordon, James, AND Spencer. He shunts rubble cars a waits untill they're all in sight and pushes the cars foward. They crash and put rubble all over their shiny paint work. They're now orange instead of gray, blue, and red. Sir Topham Hatt doesn't blame Edward as he had faulty brakes, and cars are troublesome. Diesel 10 and Harvey soon clear the mess, and Edward is sent to be repaired and has finally proved a point.
