N- An exquisive engine came one day. Engines big and small were invited. Duck was talking to Saturn and Mars
Duck- You know sometimes I'd think that you were famouser
Saturn- No, this engine is famouser than Spencer.
N- agreed Mars gravely and puffed away as Gordon shunted in.
Gordon- You'd say he is famouser than me, but not
N- Henry jumped into the converstation
Henry- Shut up Gordon, Flying Scotsman is famous but City of Truro went first at 100 miles and hour.
Gordon- 100? That's easy and I'll soon prove it.
Duck's Driver- Come one, it's no use arguing let's talk to him
Duck- Um, excuse me?
City of Truro- Oh, hullo I see your Great Western
Duck- Ah yes! Enjoying it too. Can you tell me how you went 100 miles and hour
City of Truro- Here goes
N- That nigth Duck, Toby, James, and Henry kept Gordon awake till mid-night. Duck woke up early enough to say good- bye since a chorus of whistles would follow soon. The wind was blowing hard, Gordon's dome was loose, just then a gust of wind lifted Gordon's dome. City of Truro left, Gordon steamed onto the turntable. when it happened
Person #1- Hey, he has no dome
N- Everyone burst into laugther. The Fat Controller walked over to Gordon
TFC- Please, uh, go to the Works to aviod any disturbance
Duck- I guess Gordon is respectful now
Toby- He has no dome
N- mimicked Toby
Toby, Henry, James, and Duck- Never trust Dome-Less Engines, they're NOT respectful.
