Plot
Bill and Ben are twins with four black wheels, a black funnel, a yellow dome, Bill has the Number One, and Ben 2. They load China Clay, but alot of China Clay is needed. Henry was impatienly waiting, HE would be late because Thomas said to come at Three 'o' Clock AT Fat Controller's Orders so He, His Driver and Fireman had been fooled, but he would still he late for his passengers, so Donald had to do THAT, Douglas had to do EDWARD'S work because Edward was helping Bill and Ben, but they had left all the work to him, at last it was 4 'o' Clock when Henry started. He later then fetched Edward to see Gordon and James.
